To request a refund, you’ll need to raise a support ticket through our platform.

Here’s how to do it step-by-step:

On the Support page, click the 'Raise a Ticket' button located at the bottom-right corner of the screen, as shown in the image below.

Step 2: Fill in your details

Step 3: Attach any relevant files

Upload supporting documents like payment confirmation email or invoice.

Step 4: Submit the ticket

Click on the “Raise Ticket” button.
You’ll receive a confirmation and our support team will get in touch with you shortly.

Refund requests are handled as per our policy. Refunds are usually processed in 7 days so please be patient.
