When your course is nearing expiry, we’ll make sure you’re informed well in advance. Here’s how to renew your access:

Step 1: Watch for renewal reminders

• You’ll receive a WhatsApp reminder when your course is close to expiring.

• You’ll also see a renewal alert on the platform once you're logged in.
  
  

These notifications will appear only when your course is within the renewal window (i.e., close to expiry or just expired).

Step 2: Renew directly from the platform

1. Log in to the Think School platform

2. Click on your profile icon (top right corner)

3. Go to My Account > Purchase History

4. If your course is nearing expiry, you’ll see a “Renew” button next to your course

5. Click the button and follow the steps to complete the renewal
   
   
   

Step 3: Or contact us for help

If you're unable to renew through the platform or need an extension:

• Raise a support ticket through the platform

• Or send an email to: [email protected]

• In your message, mention:

  • Your registered email ID

  • The course name

  • A short note requesting renewal or extension
    
    
    

Our support team will guide you from there.

Important:
You can only renew your course within 31 days after it expires. After that, renewal is no longer possible - so please don’t wait too long.
