Amount debited but no confirmation received?

After a successful payment, you will typically receive a confirmation via email, text message, and WhatsApp (if your registered number is on WhatsApp).

  • If the amount has been debited from your account but you haven't received a confirmation, here’s what you can check:

    • Text Message: Ensure your mobile network is active. SMS delivery may be delayed due to temporary network issues.

    • Email: Check your Spam or Promotions folder. Sometimes confirmation emails are filtered incorrectly.

    • WhatsApp: Make sure the number used for receiving the OTP is linked to WhatsApp. If it's not, you won’t receive WhatsApp confirmations.

  • International subscribers receive confirmations and OTPs via email only.

  • If you've received any form of confirmation (email/SMS/WhatsApp), you can proceed to log in using your registered mobile number or email ID and access your course.

  • If you still haven’t received any confirmation, please wait up to 48 hours. In some cases, banks or payment gateways may delay the transaction, and the amount is often auto-refunded if it doesn’t go through.
