After a successful payment, you will typically receive a confirmation via email, text message, and WhatsApp (if your registered number is on WhatsApp).
If the amount has been debited from your account but you haven't received a confirmation, here’s what you can check:
Text Message: Ensure your mobile network is active. SMS delivery may be delayed due to temporary network issues.
Email: Check your Spam or Promotions folder. Sometimes confirmation emails are filtered incorrectly.
WhatsApp: Make sure the number used for receiving the OTP is linked to WhatsApp. If it's not, you won’t receive WhatsApp confirmations.
International subscribers receive confirmations and OTPs via email only.
If you've received any form of confirmation (email/SMS/WhatsApp), you can proceed to log in using your registered mobile number or email ID and access your course.
If you still haven’t received any confirmation, please wait up to 48 hours. In some cases, banks or payment gateways may delay the transaction, and the amount is often auto-refunded if it doesn’t go through.
